Cross cares for its community

Cross is regularly and actively engaged in service and care for our larger community. While many such opportunities exist, these especially are lifted up:

Holiday Food Baskets Food baskets will typically be provided for 3-5 families. (Sign-ups for bringing donations will be held several weeks before.) To suggest a family for a basket, please call the church office. During the Christmas season, special monetary collections will enable Cross to provide gift cards to a number of families as well.

MCREST (Macomb County Revolving Emergency Shelter Team) One week each year, Cross feeds about 30 MCREST guests.

Adopt-A-Road clean-up along Utica Road, Blood Drives, and Habitat for Humanity "builds" are other regular service events involving many people at Cross.
